FRITZ!DECT 301

Registering a FRITZ! radiator control with the FRITZ!Smart Gateway

You can also register your FRITZ!DECT radiator control with the FRITZ!Smart Gateway to increase the number of smart home devices that can be used in your home network.

Requirements / Restrictions

The FRITZ!Smart Gateway is connected to the Mesh Master and is marked with the Mesh symbol in the Mesh Overview.

1 Registering FRITZ! radiator controls

Click on 'Smart Home' in the user interface of the FRITZ!Smart Gateway.
Click on 'Devices and Groups' in the 'Smart Home' menu.
Click on the 'Register a FRITZ!Smart Home device' button and follow the wizard's instructions.
Within 2 minutes: Push the 'MENU' button on the radiator control.
- If you are using a FRITZ! radiator control 301, select the menu item 'Anmeldung' (registration) and push the 'OK' button.
- If you are using a FRITZ! radiator control 302, select the menu item (start registration) and push the button next to 'OK', and not 'OK' on the display.
As soon as the smart home device is successfully registered, it can be configured.
