FRITZ!Box 7590 AX

Switching off or dimming the LEDs on the FRITZ!Box

The LEDs always inform you about the current operating and connection status of the FRITZ!Box. If you do not need this information and the light bothers you, you can either dim the LEDs or turn them off. Error conditions will still be signaled. The LEDs also light up for 3 minutes when you push a button or restart the FRITZ!Box.

Requirements / Restrictions

The LEDs are only dimmable with a FRITZ!Box 7590 AX with a 'FON S0' socket (FRITZ!Box 7590 AX v1). Other versions of FRITZ!Box 7590 AX do not support this function.

Note:All instructions on configuration and settings given in this guide refer to the latest FRITZ!OS for the FRITZ!Box.

Click on 'System' in the FRITZ!Box user interface.
Click on 'Buttons and LEDs' in the 'System' menu.
Click on the 'LED display' tab.
If you want to adjust the LED brightness, select the desired brightness level.
If you want to completely disable the LEDs, disable the LED display.
