You cannot log in to myfritz.net. After you enter your email address and password, the "Log In" button remains grayed out and the CAPTCHA (image puzzle) is not displayed.

You cannot login to the MyFRITZ! Internet platform or the MyFRITZ! home page of your own FRITZ!Box. After you enter your account information, the error message "Login failed" or "Login for [...] failed" is displayed.

If you no longer need your MyFRITZ! account, you can delete it right on the MyFRITZ! Internet platform.

If you forgot the password for your MyFRITZ! account, request a new MyFRITZ! password and configure it in your FRITZ!Box.
